Hank Adams (May 16, 1943 – December 21, 2020) was a visionary Native American activist, writer, and advocate who dedicated his life to fighting for Indigenous rights and social justice. Widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in Native American civil rights history, he was instrumental in landmark events like the "Fish Wars," which secured tribal fishing rights in the Pacific Northwest.
